1.7 w/out AC as standard?

Were there 1.7's made without AC from Ford? Specifically looking at a 98 model that doesn't have.

I thought all the 1.7s had it inkeye:

Yes, there were a few. It was an optional extra on they early models in the 'lux' pack.

Other standard rarities include manual mirrors, and I think possibly even manual windows!

Had a few but they're far less common than those with AC.

Got one in just now, 2001 but no AC, no heated screen, and manual mirrors. Proper track spec :lol:

Mine is without AC it's a 98, as stated abowe, the ac was an option, an option that was fitted to most, but not all

Had a 98 in at work not long ago, had AC and leccy windows but manual mirrors.
