Build date from VIN?

Is there a database anywhere where I can establish the build date of my Puma from the chassis number? I want to make up a little sheet to put on the car as car shows.

I believe you can get this using your reg number on the

Also you might find a data sheet behind the inner wheel arch carpet on the drivers side

Its digits 10 and 11 although its also easier to put the reg in to ETIS (or VIN if it doesn't find the reg).
