cam belt change!!

hey guys looking to change my cambelt and water pump! firstly is there anything i should change at the same time while i'm there and secondly if any one on here has done it on a 1.7 vct x reg how long did it take? i have a fair amount of knowledge and skill and my step dad will be helping who was a mechanic once apon a time lol so any expericences or helpfull hints/guides would be great cheers guys

Changing the cambelt on a 1.7 means locking the cam, using a specific tool, to make sure timing is right, if the timing is out, then it can be a right pig to put right again.
