Changing rear drums to discs - how to do it?

Hello all

Could someone please point me to a guide on here (if there is one!) on how to change the rear drums to discs. Also any issues I might come across, the ABS etc. I'm waiting for some to arrive from a Fiesta ST which should have everything I need! (handbrake cable etc) Although I'm not sure if my existing braided hoses on the drums will still work on the discs?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Cheers mate, I did try the search function, but that's part of the problem, there are loads! When I searched for 'rear disc conversion' it found 261! lol just wondered if anyone could narrow it down to a good one!

Did you do this change Al? Any issues that you found? I'm in the process of gathering all the bits for mine and was kind of hoping to to avoid any pitfalls that you might have found
