Anything I need to know about changing drums to ST170 setup, have abs installed but not currently working will the brake bias be messed up once discs are in or only if I remove the module? be running 280mm front and 280mm rears. Currently looking at getting a ST150 handbrake cable.

I would try and get the ABS working Neil. My understanding is if the ABS isn't working, you don't get the brake bias. The 280mm discs and callipers are too much for the Puma without the bias IMO.
Ka's without ABS had restrictors on the rear as a form of brake bias, but didn't work that well with the ST170 rear disc conversion as mine locked up a few times round Brands.
