to save me searching the site can anyone answer this

will a muff ecu from a analouge dash car run in my digital dash car

my car is currenlty converterd from dive to muff with single lamda and temp pins swapped but im looking at a chipped muff from an analouge car, do i need to change clocks and anything else or will it be plug n play
