So here’s a controversial question….
Why should I not be using fiesta uprated suspension on the puma? I’ve read a whole load of posts saying that it’s different and that it’s best to stick to puma stuff.
Now I understand this for standard suspension as according to some things that I’ve read, the puma suspension was 10% stiffer and 10mm lower and I wouldn’t want to undo this. But if I was going with suspension that’s 25% stiffer and 30mm lower than a fiesta then surely this is just 15% stiffer and 20mm lower than a puma???
I thought maybe it would be to do with the characteristics of the fiesta but, since it’s essentially the same underneath and the weight difference is about +50kg on a puma, the differences are negligible.
Interested to hear thoughts on this.
