A full(ish) Ford Focus RS Mk1 interior has come up for sale locally, costs half as much as I paid for the whole car, but having seen a pair of them at a track day a week or two ago, I'm smitten.

What are the chances it could be made to fit my 'Black' puma?

only things you may get to fit properly are the front seats, nothing else will go in without lots of work

you need to check the seat bases to see if they are standard sparco or not.

often for OEM applications a seat manufacturer will supply seat back and padding base, but the OEM manufacturer makes its own seat base frame.

prime examples include milly recaros where the seat base is all ford and only the seat back is really recaro. Same on some of the mondeos and focus' over the years.

Seats will not fit unless you make a craddle for runners or a fixed craddle for a Puma base. Rear seats... not a chance. Focus is wider, you'd have to cut the seat itseflt unless you remove the quarter interior door cards.

Might be a nice conversion... but only in the mind.

It's possible, a fiesta ZS owner fitted it.

Yes, but the problem is the same with Escort Recaro's ....

For the rear seat and doors panel, must change yourself with leather/alcantara
or call a pro but it's very expensive

unless your girlfriends do sewing ?

it was misunderstood I think (do not forget I do not speak perfect English  )

I meant that the seats can be mounted
with a lot of changes to the setting

but for the others parts it will modify

for example, on the ZS, the owner modify panel door and rear seats with artificial leather ("skai")
for it to be attached to the seat

what other back seat would fit? apart from frp

you can fit Fiesta/Escort RS turbo/escort rs 2000 Recaro
with modified subframes

or leather Street/sport KA seats

Mounting the front seats is a piece of piss. 4 New bolt holes and youre done on the right frames.
And yes, just re-trim your exsisting interior to look similar...

Hmmm, thanks for the replies lads, apologies for the quietness, email alerts not coming to me.
I'm mostly interested in the front seats, but with the Black edition having quite nicely matched interior I'm torn. The mother is a dab hand at the ol' sewing/embroidery, might get her to have a look at tarting up my sparco seat instead.
