Ford puma oil ?

I have a 1.7 ford puma at 195 thousand should I use 10w40 oil or 5w30?, it has 10w40 since I bought it now, there is no oil leakage

Yup, Ford Formula F (I believe now they have rebranded it as Motorcraft Formula F)

I use this in my millennium, usually around the £30 mark for a 5L jug.
