Forged internals these days?

Hi all, been out of the Puma game for a while now but I still have it. Does anyone know of a provider for forged internals for the 1.7 these days?

You should ask Chris at Lightning Motorsport. I believe that PEC made forged H-beams but I'm not sure if they are still available. I've heard that Lightning Motorsport can source these parts though
