FRP gearbox

Hi everyone new to the site, excuse the user name as I forgot to put a dash - in lol. Does anyone have experience with the ib5 box?
In a nut shell I removed the wrong drain bung, wasn’t looking and I have removed the bung with the plunger and spring, and now the car is stuck in first gear. Any ideas ? Many thanks ))
