Not entirely sure about this but I thought new tanks were still available and not too expensive and as they are new they can be posted (no fumes). So if you can find one and then get a pump from Ian G on here.

It is for a 1.4 but i assume its the same??? (i dont know for sure though! so please check) they also list fuel pumps separately... and they list postage to Norway on the international shipping tab... wont be cheap cheap but might help...
