Gear Stick Rattle

Random one, I have a very slight rattling noise when driving at fairly low RPM. Putting your hand no the gear knob obsorbes the sounds and stops it. I'm assuming something's loose/worn, just wondered if its a common issue before I take a look?

Sounds exactly as my issue, and seems a nice and easy fix, I'll get the grease on the go this weekend and see if it resolves it.
