Grinding noise

Hi all,

Just wondering if anybody could help. My car makes this very wierd grinding/scraping noise at the front. We have jacked the car up and find that when started etc the driver side wheel spins freely but the passenger side one locks up really bad causing this horrible noise and pratically makes the whole car vibrate. When the car is driven, it normally makes the noise when coming to a stop.

We have change the whole brakes, calipers, discs, pads, plus taken the driveshafts out to check but everything seams ok.

I would appreciate it if anybody had any clues that they could write them down.
