Coilovers, unsure of make as they come on the car from Japan, but work well, not to stiff but still hold you on the road well.
Air conditioning has been removed, pump and radiator, still have as spares but unsure if they work
My other half has had this car now for about 4 years, it is a brilliant little car but sadly she has to go, due to buying a house . It has been off the road and stored in the garage for the last year and half and he brought her back out about 2 months ago for the summer, as he was commuting to work a fair distance.
It has been his pride and joy as has been very well looked after, it is a very clean example especially for the age of the car , of course it has small amounts of defects, slight scuff on rear bumper, slight crack in front bumper, 3 small dents in the bonnet and slight cloudy-ness in the lacquer in a small patch. And a couple of small usual car park dents. Slight rust patch on the drivers arch in the usual place, very small, he has used rust gel then touched in up with paint to protect it. Under the side skirts are very clean with no rust like some on the market we've seen.
The mileage clock has stopped working but we can show you the MOT’s and the sorn documents, it has done the very maxium of 5000 miles off the clock.
It has two un branded bucket seats, no rips only a small one on the drivers side where you get in and out, the seats are not in great condition and are fairly dirty due to being such a light colour, he has tried to clean up with house hold fabric cleaner but I think they need a wet vacum pressure cleaner to bring them back out to better condition, the rest of the interior is in good condition including the carpet.
Has been kept in a garage most of its life and only ever come out on the weekends as it was a second car.
Car holds up in the rain very well with no leaks in the main cockpit as well as the boot area,
The car drives very well and doesn’t miss a heart beat starts every time all the time, vtec engages strong at 5200rpm and revs 8500/9000rpm and pulls hard, gear box doesn’t grind in any gear with smooth changes through the box.
The car sounds amazing especially in vtec with the roof off, the exhaust is loud and not for the faint hearted but with the silencer in it does quieten it down.
It really is a very clean example and must be viewed to see how nice it really is, viewing is welcome anytime.
