Instrument cluster Needles removal

Hello,

So after the thing, I managed to print out on a sticky paper my own cluster design.

Question, ok i can remove my dash after disconnecting the cable from the gearbox. All fine... I can pry it open... that too...

But after removing the needles do i need to recalibrate?

Getting out the cluster is a well known procedure... then, two clips up two down and pop the lens.
After that all you have to do, is to lift the needles... just as much as you could be able to fit a marker under... you mark a line for on the needles... to know where to put back... after that... lift off...

Then everything in reverse... i came up with this:
