Key fob question

Bit of a noob question, but how do you split the key fob on a Puma 2 button fob? Getting to the batteries is easy enough, but I want to get to the PCB inside the key to check the switches as my lock button is very hit and miss.

I've had a good look at it, but I can't quite grasp it and as it's my only transponder key, I don't want to break it!

There is a little 'hole' in the back which you can put a small screwdriver in and lever the button section away from the key section.
The remaining button section I think splits in half revealing the transponder inside.
