MOT failure for sale!!

Hi

My Little cat has failed its mot this week, as i now have a company car i dont have the time to put things right on it, so i'm open to offers (sensible ones) for it
if anyone is interested?

1.7 in black

2000 x reg
excellent engine
body in good/average condition (the usual rust n bubbling paint starting to appear on driver side rear arch)
interior in good condition
everthing works like it should ie abs tc elec windows etc
recent new full exhaust fitted
hcv fitted 6 mnth ago
new discs n pads 3 mnths ago

mot fails

cracked spring on rear
2 tyres
suspension arm
suspension bushes
headlights need adjusting

a couple of advisories but nothing major

the clutch slips occasionally but only at high revs, but it will pull away and drive fine but slips a little bit when u give it some pain

It genuinley is a fantastic car it just needs an mot, its way too good to send to the scrapper and thought maybe someone on here would appreciate it more than the scrap man
