MOT test pass certificates axed:

Apparently then you can still ask for a paper certificate, which is good for some of my friends who don't do anything online at all, one of my friends, who is only 5 years older than me, can't even make a call on his mobile phone and I have to book his tickets for shows, order parts for him etc, so he'd forget what his cars had failed the MOT on, which unfortunately they often do.

If you're at Hooky next weekend, I'll introduce you to him, he's a really great guy and a very good friend, but anything with modern technology, he's lost, I've offered to show him what to do, but he just isn't interested.
