No fuel cover, passenger footwell

Morning all,

Mot all passed last week, no advisories. Glad to have the car on the road . Just a quick one that's bugging me, there's a hard cover, in the passenger footwell, near the obd port that has a no fuel sign on it. What is it? Is there anything underneath it?

I think thats the inertia fuel cut off switch..... If you have a crash this switch will cut off the fuel pump...
