OS Wing Mirror

Just a heads up before I pick up my car! The NS wing mirror electrics do not seem to be working?

Would this be the wiring connected to the mirror, as the NS is functioning fine.

Also while i'm typing, does anyone know where I can find a cheap parcel self? This one seems to have gone missing lol.

parcel shelf, would have to be ebay. seen them crop up for around £10.

Not so sure about the mirror, it could of been knocked off and not replaced properly, you would need to look cloesly at it.
