Passenger Window Seals

Hi all,

Im starting to think the seal on my passenger door window is begining to fail but wanted your opinion.

Basically when the window is up fully it squeeks when im driving over anything less the silky smooth road, particularly when im cornering.

Also ive noticed a bit of mould developing on the glass down in the front corner.

Would this be the seal or something to do wih how the window is seating?

I also noticed the window on that side can get a bit stuck when raising from fully open.

could be worth popping the door car off and taking the runners out, cleaning them with soapy water then giving them a blast with silicone lubricant.
