Yes.
What you really need is a Ford Racing Puma setup, however this is basically just a standard Focus setup, modified to acceot Puma ABS sensors and tone wheels.
You will need to modify the Focus parts to accept the Puma's ABS apparatus, you would also be best off with an FRP handbrake cable, though the Focus item can be used.
Finally you will need a pair of Fiesta / Puma front brake flexi hoses to connect to the new rear calipers. The Focus hoses are different.
