Rear shock absorbers knackered

Hey. Just took my Puma to the MOT and the bloke noticed that one of the rear shock absorbers is damaged, so I need to replace them. Can anyone recommend a nice brand/model? Something nice that doesn't break the bank...?

Hi there.To be honest genuine Ford rear shocks aren't hugely expensive...I'm sure Rates Ford were doing them for under £100 a pair.
Alternatively KYB are a good choice,although not much cheaper.
