ive not had my puma long as some of you already know and this may seem like an odd question, but here goes anyways.

when your cars are cold when you put your clutch in to change gear do they rev abit more (about 200rpm) its just everytime i put my foot on the clutch it revs a tiny bit then i change gear and goes back to normal :? It only does it for about 4 miles when it is a cold day.

is this normal to just keep the revs up while its cold?

thanks, Mike

chears mate. a freind of mine just sed it was normal, its an automatic clutch. if it gets worse its just a case of alterating the sensors!

just thought it was abit strange, lol :p

abit paranoid about every little think about the car, im sure itsnothing to worry about :-D

thanks, Mike

Yes it has an automatic choke when it's cold that revs it a bit more until its warmed up.

No silly questions here : we were all newbies once :eek:k:

chears red and Dal. it was the first time it did it today, but it has been the coldest. just thought id double check it with you guys :D

chears, Mike
