Just done a few jobs on car, one of which was fitted new throttle cable, as noticed when i cleaned maf throttle not opening completely only bout 3/4 even when adjusted.
Only took 20 mins, old cable was inch longer than new one - probably original (12 years old!).
Now i don't have inch & half free play at peddle, lot
more responsive - really takes off now at 3000 rpm!!
Cost £35 & 20 mins time well worth it.
