Tired window

My drivers window spat out the felt runner guide a while back and now it is very slow to close, it starts off quite enthusiastic but loses the will to close the last 6 inches or so. I noticed today that some rubber bit is now making an appearance which might be slowing it down a bit.

Just wondering if I should try to pull it out?

Pull off the rubber seal along the door tuck the felt back in. if the window is still slow spray a lil WD40 down both sides of the felt

you can try spray it with something , had the same problem on my windows, If you search on the forum there are many issues with them.
