Top strut mount replacement

I've been hearing a noise from the front right. lifted the car up and pulled the wheel upwards and I could hear and see it being the top strut mount. Is it just the rubber part that needs replacing? Also, looking at guides on other cars, they always remove the whole suspension to replace it, but with the Puma it looks like to me like it might be possible to just do it from the top. Can someone confirm if that's correct or not (I'm guessing it's not).

It's strut out, and I would replace the bearing as well as the top mount.

I had an advisory for top mount wear. Seeing that the struts were all original and had covered 160k I replaced the front struts with all associated parts. what a difference. If the struts ar old and or high mileage I would recommend a full change for new.
