urgent help needed please

I have a jpg image a logo that I need to use for a website.

The image is set on a white background but I need to either set the background from white to transparent or at least crop the square background to perfectly circle the round logo.

Is there someone who could this for me please?

Wing it my way .... for future reference you need to save images as a .png if you want the background to stay transparent (if possible of course)
