Valve Spring Compressor

I'm currently weighing up the options for sorting out the bent valve's in my Son's 1.7. I'm reasonably confident in my ability to repair the head (did a Nova 20 years ago!). I think I have all the tools except a valve spring compressor. Would something like this do:

or would I need a "multi-valve" version:

I have the same model as the first link and it works fine on the puma head.
