What parts on the puma is the same as fiesta?

I ve heard that puma is a true copy of a ford fiesta only the body is diffrent.
Is that true?
If not what parts is like ?
The reason I ask is ebay have a much higher search on the fiesta.
And the prices are therfor cheaper.
