whats this light on dash

guys,
this light looks like it's on but maybe someone black markered over it,
must be a warning light of some kind,
it's just to the right of the water light, you can just see it glowing,

so when was the last time you checked everything under the bonnet,oil,coolant,brake/clutch fluid,powersteering fluid and screen wash fluid,theres a hint in 1 of them 5 listed k:

But not the answer of which light it is if any.. lol

theres no manual as i bought it off an insurance company as salvage,

well,
trawling thru the net it looks as though it's the airbag light,

ok will give you a hint 1 of the 5 items i have listed needs topping up as it is low on fluid k:
and its not oil or powersteering fluid :grin:
i hope to god its not the air bag light or else we would have screen washer fluid thrown in our face when they go off in an accident

if you read my original post i said the one beside the water light,
i've just been and checked and it's the airbag or engine light as none of those come on,

airbag light,if been involved in an accident check all air bags and seat pretensioners

Or any sarcasm at all ? However considering the last water related problem elicited a response something like " you'll need a plumber" it could have been worse.

that is the open door warning light ,
should come on when doors / tailgate / bonnet are open .
it serves no other purpose

if you have a faulty switch ( often the tailgate ) this will fail to switch off .
