Hi all will these fit my '99 1.7

or will i need spacers and what are the MOT implication?
 
The offset is ET40 which is a tad high for the Puma. (ET33>ET37 is the general accepted range) Without any spacers the alloys or the tyres on them may foul on the suspension components.

A 3-4mm spacer might help if you choose to go that way and there's enough thread on the studs for the nuts to still secure safely.
