They're ~£200 each from ford parts! As far as I've read so far, it's only the 300mm conversion that requires drilling knuckles and not the 280mm. Is that right?mihalyn90 said:[post]359240[/post] i think you'll need new knuckles
to drill bigger holes, is not a problem, to reduce a hole size is a problem. all depends on the size of the bolts
That's right. 280mm ST150's are a straight fit.PumaThunder said:[post]359254[/post]They're ~£200 each from ford parts! Ah interesting! So Mondeo st200 carriers and calipers, fiesta st150 discs?trublustu said:[post]359269[/post] If you find some ST200 280mm brakes, they require the carrier holes drilled out to 12.5mm.
If the mondeo disc is replaced with the ST150 one, no spacers are needed. (Mondeo disc needs a 3mm spacer BEHIND the disc)

The piston on the Mondeo caliper is like a cannon barrel next to the Pumas.
The braking is immense,
Though it really needs a master cylinder swap to reduce extra pedal travel.
Also, The ST200 brakes are no different to any Mk1/2 V6 mondeo. (although there are two shapes of pad.)
All 280mm and good to upgrade with.
Best bit..,
Perfect with 15" wheels.
