Hi all :grin: It's had a fresh oil and filter change. It revs up to 1800rpm when you start it when its hot, then drops to 750rpm I hate to start a car and have it rev, as i,m worried about lack of oil to the mains. :-( Cheers Marc. :grin:

Hi all i have two problems on my puma thunder 1.7 :~( the first is its started to tap. It sounds like topend tapping but it soon gets better when its warm and you can hardly hear it once fully up to temp. I understand that the 1.7 has solid lifter so i will have to check for any wear on the cams...

Spotted a silver Puma coming back from Peterborough and they turned off at Pondersbridge. I think the reg was NDo2 looked very clean and i noticed the Project Puma sticker on the rear window at the last minute :-)

Hi mine is the same :) i replaced the thermostat but it would always have an air blockage in, so i drilled a 5mm hole at the top of the thermostat and it let the system bleed the air out. It gets to full temp exept when its really cold it takes about 7 miles to get to full temp so i just covered...

When testing my hcv my heating is red hot and then when i turn it to cold it is cold, this must mean that this is working ok;)
