Had mine on a weigh bridge at the weekend. Mines 940kg, fairly well stripped, but with a trolley jack, spare oil and water, tyre weld, 3 fire extinguishers, and a few other bits, plus 1/2 tank of fuel. Recon it's probably 900 or there abouts without all the crap inside.

theres a decent rad on the saxo, thicker core and decent size, plus it has the header tank intergrated. there are two sizes, a smaller and a larger core. ive gone for the smaller core to give me more spacer for an intercooler. theyre cheap as chips on ebay, mines brand new and was £26 delivered.
