1.4 zetec s engine differences to other puma sizes?

Hi, I have a 1.7l Puma and i have bought a 1.4l zetec-s puma engine from 1999 to swap in (for race class reasons). I just wanted to know if there are any differences between this engine and the other 1.6/1.7l engines (aside from displacement). The reason is everywhere i look for upgrades and parts like intake manifolds, gaskets, exhaust manifolds etc they all say they fit the Puma 1.7 & 1.6 but seldom list the 1.4 as well. I just wanted to know if that is because people dont commonly buy performance upgrades for the puma's smallest engine, or do many of these parts actually not fit the 1.4l engine? TIA
