1.6 oil change

I've changed the oil on a 1.7 before, but how many litres of new oil does the 1.6 take? Anyone know? Looking to do it this afternoon!

4.25 litres including filter (approximate) according to Haynes mate.

Changed oil today, put 4.25 litres in. But as with new oil and a clean dip stick, it was so bloody hard to read! I've got about 4.5 litres in there now and still can't really read it on the dipstick properly. Ah well. I'll just have to assume its ok.

Should be ok mate, it did say approximate and I would assume that certain brands of filter have slightly different capacities!! have you tried checking it stone cold when the car has been sat overnight? should get a clearer reading...
