205/45R16

Lads got my eye on some 16 inch rims..
Will 205`s fit all corners?
Or should I stick with 195`s

I'm running 16" but 7" wide so the 205's fit on lovely.

The rims come in 7 and 7.5 inches...

If I fit coil overs and lower it say 40mm will they rub or is there plenty of clearance in the wings and rear quarters..

Well I gave the shop a call and the rims are 25 offset...What are yours??

Mine are 38 so will sit further in the arch than yours by 13mm. If that's how it's worked out!

I've no rubbing issues not even on full lock and I've lowered mine.

If it helps, one can fit EsCos rims (16x8 ET25) with 225 tyres and 40mm drop without issues. Or so i've read. But what's a bit of rubbing on full lock? I run 215/40/16 on 16x6.5 ET40 and it only rubs on full lock, with a 30ishmm drop.

Sorry to jump on this but is anyone using/used 205/45/16's

I've got 16" 8J ET25 rims with 205/40 R16 tyres. No problems so far but it needs to be lowered...40mm lowering springs ordered so will be able to tell in a couple of weeks.
