Ap brakes

Just thought I would put this out there,
I've just been reading on tinternet about a mk3 fiesta rebuild,
As an upgrade on his brakes he used MG TF trophy 160 brakes Wich are AP 4pot brakes!
My question is does anybody know if they would fit the puma?
I've have a quick look at how much you could pick these up for and they all come up for around
£150 - £200

Yes, they will fit..

Fiesta mk3,4,5 and 6
All puma's
Escort mk4,5,6
Focus mk1,1.5
Ka mk1

All have the same bolt spacing, you may want to work out the spacing because you will have to use a ford disc, so the offset will be wrong.

you might need to have a bracket made etc....

just be aware that these wont be as powerful as the alcon brakes....the alcons have massive pistons for their size (which is why theres no room for dust seals...which is why they need constant attention!!!)

alcons can pull 1.1g...with the abs

Thanks lads and don't worry Jacko I wasn't thinking about getting rid of the alcons!!
Just thought I would put it up for those who are after a brake upgrade on the standard puma brakes.
