Hi all.

Am starting a cambelt change on the puma and as such need to order a cam timing tool. Am looking at the cheap eBay ones (as I'm skint!) but have heard that some are better quality/fit than others. Any truth in this? Anyone got a tried and tested one they could recommend please?
Think I've discovered a leaky crank seal in the process too- oh the joys!!

Thanks in advance.

Hi Marc
Forget doing the cambelt change unless you've got access to the special tools needed, even if you have the timing tools it's not enough, if you don't have all the tools needed + all the info from Ford TIS and Gates technical bulletin #036 the end result will be a broken engine.

Hi Marc
I got the laser tools set off Ebay. It was about £12 I think and fits ok but you may need to sand the paint off the cam timing blade as mine was marginally too thick to go in.
