Door Cards

Anyone got any good sugestions on a cheap & light material to make door cards out of?

For a track car you could be really smug and leave them bare claiming it saves weight.
For something cheap and light you could go for thin pvc sheet, maybe the cori-card style for strength?

i think it looks better when its all covered up, ive been looking at this stuff

read on a golf forum that its strong enough to make splitters out of, not sure about that but should be easier to fit than an ali sheet.
