Generally referred to as, "rear quarter trim."

Remove the rear seat back (four bolts) and bench (give it a good tug - fnarr) - should reveal the bolts you need to undo, then you should be able to carefully pull them out; they are clipped in like the fronts but the clips don't tend to break. You may need to unbolt where the rear seatbelts are fixed to the floorpan, as the belts are fed through the trim panels - I can't remember exactly.

Unfortunately, clips do tend to break, speaking from personal expirience.

And, yes, you need to unbolt the rear seatbelts from the floorpan.

Also, be carefull with that little fixation things under the window, they are made of steel, but also can break (again, speaking from personal expirience)
