Door trims - can you remove the fabric inserts?

Does anyone know if it's possible to remove the fabric/leather inserts from the front and rear side trims? I've just come into the possession of some leather ones and it'd be a lot easier to swap the fabric ones with the leather ones without removing the whole lot!

As ever, any advice gratefully received!

I think you'd have to take them completely out anyway to do this.

Hmm... are they on spurs glued in at the back of the panel? The fog is lifting from my memory...

Ah, so they're plastic riveted on - no time saving to be had on that then. Better get an order in for those white panel clips that always shatter!
