As we know cambelt time for us puma owners can be an extra nightmare as it is a specialist job and a lot of garage monkeys will often say they can do it but normally end up bodging them up costing you more money and no car!!!
if your in the midlands or leicester area give the lads at timing belts r us a shout had mine done and received very helpful advice and a first class service, as i normally do most mechanics myself it was a releif to find a place i can actually trust. hopes this helps someone else

rough price is about £260 which is about the going price, although i bought a top quality gates cambelt kit and he didnt mind fitting and garanteeing that for less than that so best to give them a bell first.

I hope it included a cambelt tensioner, or else a new engine may be required = more tensioners fail than belts.
