hi people
the clutch is slipping on my puma and just been quoted £330 for a new one, does anyone else think this is a bit expensive??

You're looking at a few hours labour, plus parts. Check whether the clutch is new or reconditioned, and what make it is, and whether they're going change the slave cylinder too, and what the labour rate is. Depending on those variables, £300 or so doesn't actually seem that bad.

I think that's quite reasonable. I haven't heard of anyone who'll do everything for £150 including labour.
