Im sure you could go to a fabricators to get a one off made. Probably cost a whole heap more, but if you're enthusiastic enough and perhaps a little silly with your money then anything is possible. There's a highly tuned engine for the puma on eBay at the moment going for over 10k that was built by Lightning Motorsport. I'm in contact with them myself regarding uprated internals for my engine rebuild.

There is a virtually brand new one from Lightning I can vouch for in there too for £6500. A bargain considering all the time, effort and precision he put into it. It’s a blinding engine.

That may well be the one I'm thinking of. Probably a shot in the dark on the pricing on my part. But you're right, for the amount of work put into what's basically a new and highly tuned engine it's not a bad price.

5 years later Im here to make more sandcastles. Maybe it could viable to 3D scan and 3D printed in nylon or some heat resistant filament like CF-PA 12 and some metallic inserts for the throttle body etc. It will need redesing some structural reinforcements but probably it will work and it will be lighter. There are some companys that 3D print large desings for you. Idk the costs but with all these people wanting one (me included) maybe its possible

There's a guy on Facebook making them out of carbon fibre, they look pretty good.

It looks like a qualitty job to be honest but the problem with this manifolds like the LMS180 is the short runners. Side by side the ford racing puma inlet give you more power in all the rev range while the LMS180 and probably the one you listed, only gonna give you the same top end power value with worst power across the rev range
