fuel pump

hi..i have a 2000 reg 1.4 ..could someone tell which is the best or correct fuel pump ...also what do guys do to keep the fuel pump working.. when they park up their pumas over winter as my fuel pump was working perfect last oct....thanks

Hi, I don't think I clearly understand the question ...

1) If you change the fuel pomp it is better to choose good brand, avoid the cheapest ... usually I put Valeo/ SKF/ .. or some other which are mount on news car and will be strong.
I had put a bad clutch (2 time less expansive) and it done only 20 000 km ... that 's why now I only put the best.

2) If you live in very cold area ... like atlantic ^^ I don't know what to do to have better result with the fuel pump in cold enviroment.
