So the dark nights are drawing in meaning when I leave work it is near enough pitch black outside!

Was just wondering what lights (both high beam & dipped) people are using/have used on their Puma's that are any good? I've recently just changed both my dips and beams to bright whites hoping it would make a difference (and look nicer than the yellow/white) and although they are bright to look at, I find the light doesn't actually travel very well. If anything I can actually see more with just my Day runs and side lights on! I had some really decent high beams previously but can't remember what they were (think they may have been the Philips Xenon HIDs). All I know is that you could probably see them from space  I never used to have any issues with driving at night where as now I'm starting to get nervous as I can barely see where the road is leading at times, especially driving in fine drizzle!

So I'd like opinions please!

Also any tips/advice on best things people have used to buff the headlamps as unfortunately my nearside is starting to deteriorate which probably isn't helping matters! I only replaced it a year ago so I want to do what I can rather than having to replace it again.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hi,
For headlight I use philips vision plus at the follow link :
https://www.amazon.fr/Philips-9005PRB1-Ampoule-phare-Premium/dp/B001CZKBGU/ref=sr_1_5?__mk_fr_FR=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&keywords=philips+hb3&qid=1573476909&sr=8-5
Not expansive and enought to see clearly in dark.
I mount that on all of my cars.

For the parts I clean them with this kit :

I bought in France for 20€ in car shop, normaly you should find something similar.
It works to clean them and the result is perfect.

Thank you, Alex!

I'll see what I can find that's similar

For the HB3 light you should find the same, I think they come from a britain manufacturer who have a warehouse and buy it directly from china, this is the reason why the price is not expansive.
Otherwise the cost for this lamp is around 20€ per unit ... imagine 80€ for all the lamps
I saw my link and the price increase but I am sure you can find it for less than 10€ on ebay or on some other website.
Just be sure it is philips brand, even if the packaging is in chinese ^^ make sure it is philips and it will be ok.
Mine works perfectly and better than norauto light at 17€
