As title really. Also include the price of your car.

I paid 800 quid for my puma.
Spent 40 quid on a set of ST170 discs.
30 quid for the mondy mk3 calipers.
8 quid for a radio facia
30 quid fli 6 inch door speakers
5 guid for an induction pipe
5 quid on a mk1 2ltr mondy throttle body.
60 quid for 4 standard alloys and tyres(but sold one wheel for 30 quid)
30 quid for oil/filter and spark plugs.
25 quid for 20mm rear axle spacers.
So the mods.
Well as above really.
Spaced the rear wheels out using the axle spacers
fitted an cone filter and cold air induction kit(had a spare cone filter)
fitted a mk1 2ltr throttle body.Bored the inlet out and polished the manifold.
Fitted a sony head unit fli 6inch front door speakers and fitted 6x9s in rear speaker pods and amped them(had spare speakers and amp)
Replaced nsf wheel due to been buckled.

Oh god. I don't want to even go there!!

I totaled it up a couple of years ago, in the 11 years I've owned the car servicing and repairs, including silly things like £1000 on brand new Cosworth style alloys and tyres, £1500 for two full quarter panels fitting and painting, leather seats, lowering, more leather seats and my obsession with new genuine parts had left a £9500 hole in my bank balance. I only justify it that there has been well over 120k done in that time and it still looks and drives brand new with no rust!!

My FRP:

Lots of money buying it.

Even more money fixing all the worn out bits

The dawning realisation it required even more money spending to get it to its best

Selling it for a lot less than I paid for it.

(Ironically, I still speak to it's new owner through Facebook, and it's looking stunning these days. Arse.)

You've made me feel better!!!

Happy to help :)

Would you feel even better if I told you I'we only done less then 15.000km in it, and i still feel like I need to do the rear arches one more time? Preferably in carbon fibre :) lol

These cars are our hobbies at the end of the day.I dread to think how much ive spent on my cossie.

My god this could get painful if i list everything ive ever bought. Id imagine is well over 10K ive spent buying/modding/repairing the car. It cost me about 2k to repair when I crashed it about 4 years ago.

Doubt most people know or are bothered tbh, lol. Money is there to be spent, as and u rightly said fixing/modding/maintaining is peoples hobbies on here so your only restricted by your expendable income. The car cost me 2.5k in 08. Most expensive individual mod was likely my speedlines at £400 and next my AP's at £300. But all in all with changing plans..easily twice the cost of the car.

My car has gone through a few different styles, when I bought it I had plans on it being a show car, then I crashed it, fixed it and then over time is slowly evolved into the car it is now.

Ive had it 5 years and I dont feel like ive spent mega money on it..... Lucy would disagree though I think.

Ditto...

Ive always wanted to take my car back to its previous owner and leave it on the drive to see if they would recognise it, I remeber the exact house where I picked it up from in Chesterfield, the woman was in tears when I drove it away, Im pretty sure I could make her cry again when she see's what its become!

I wish to spent more and first i wish i earn more money :D
Well just i had sports suspension 590€ +100 hand work
Sony radio cd 55w just 50€
Panasonic amplifier from my last car
Subwoofer ground zero 1000rms
And what pore i want to do
Any tattoo or puma logo on the both sides
Doors open to upward (maybe if not soo costaly)
Lights in the wheel (which colour you guys advice me?)
As my puma is silver
